The purpose of the Limited Liability Company is:
- the development and promotion of all kinds of activities in the tourism sector, including the exploitation, renting, letting and disposal of recreation centres, hotels, motels, restaurants, cafes, dance halls, shopping centres and other public entertainments, all in the broadest sense of the word, to the extent permitted by law and the performance of all that belongs to or is related thereto;
- carrying on the business of a tour operator;
- organizing domestic and foreign tourist attractions; 4. the rental of bicycles and/or other vessels and vehicles both on land and on water;
- acting as an agent, representative and in any other capacity for third parties, in relation to acts and transactions in connection with the six 1 to 4 of this Article;
furthermore, to do everything that in the broadest sense belongs to the objectives referred to in paragraphs 1 to 5 of this article, is related to it or may be conducive to it, including participating in and directing other companies with the same or similar objectives, to the extent permitted by law.
